If I use an E-Zzz Travel Ticket, what will happen to the progress I made on the site before that?

When you use an E-Zzz Travel Ticket to travel to another site, the following elements are reset.
・ Snorlax Strength
・ Progress on weekly missions that award Pokémon Incense
Note: Missions you have already claimed rewards for will not be reset.
