How do I unlink my Pokémon Sleep account from my social media accounts?

To unlink your accounts, follow these steps:
1. Select Main Menu from the home screen.
2. Select Settings and More.
3. Select Link Accounts.
4. Select the account you’d like to unlink.
5. The message “Would you like to unlink this account?” will appear. Select OK.
