To check your Dream Shards, select "Pokémon" from the home screen, then "Pokémon Box". After selecting a Pokémon, you'll be taken to the Level Up screen, which is where your Dream Shards are displayed.
*Leveling Up becomes available after completing your first Sleep Style Dex goal.
*Dream Shards are not stored or displayed inside your bag.
