When manually adding sleep data entries, please make sure that the period between the ""Time You Went to Sleep"" and the ""Time You Woke Up"" settings do not coincide with your previous sleep sessions. This refers to the time you began tracking until the time you stopped tracking, not the actual time of sleeping and waking.
Note: To view the duration and times of your tracked sleep sessions, please first tap on ""Main Menu"", followed by ""Sleep Data."" When tapping on a sleep session of your choice, you will find a graph with the times recorded to the outer left and outer right.
