1. Your Pokémon will recover more Energy the longer you rest, which in turn affects your overall sleep score. This means that your Pokémon will not recover as much Energy on a shorter sleep session.
Note: You can view the amount of recovered Energy by checking the ""Helper's Growth"" screen after your research session.
2. You can view and edit your Helper Teams by first tapping ""Pokémon,"" and then ""Edit Teams"" to arrange for Pokémon that are currently not on a Helper Team to slowly recover Energy.
3. If your second sleep data for the day is manually input, your Pokémon will not recover any Energy. This is done by tapping ""Add Sleep Data"" after entering the ""Main Menu.""
4. Your Pokémon can only recover up to 100 Energy in a single day. For example, if your Pokémon recovered 80 Energy in the first research session, it is only possible to recover a maximum of 20 Energy in the second research session.
5. If you are tracking multiple sleep sessions on your ""Pokémon GO Plus +"" device, your Pokémon will recover Energy based on the latest sleep data.
