Pokémon Sleep requires permission to access Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android).
When linking an iOS device with an Apple Watch:
You must allow Pokémon Sleep to read and write data in the Apple Health app.
Open Pokémon Sleep > Main Menu > Settings and More > Under Smartwatch (Apple Health) tap Pair a Device> Pair a Device> Allow all.
When linking an iOS device with a Garmin device:
You must allow Pokémon Sleep to read and write data in the Apple Health app.
Open Pokémon Sleep > Menu > Settings and More > Under Smartwatch (Apple Health) tap Pair a Device> Pair a Device> Allow all.
You must also allow Garmin Connect to write data to the Apple Health app.
Open Health > Summary tab > Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner > Apps > Connect > Turn Sleep ON under Allow “Connect” to Write Data.

For Android devices, open "Health Connect" on your device, select 'Pokémon Sleep' from "App Permissions," and turn "Allow All" to ON.

For Android devices, you must allow your data source app (such as the Garmin Connect, the Google Health app or the Samsung Health app) to access Health Connect.
Note: Linking the Garmin Connect app with Health Connect is supported only on Android 14 or later.
