■ If you entered the serial code correctly
You will be able to claim your rewards from the in-game gift box. Confirm whether you have already claimed the rewards from the "History" tab in Gifts.
Please note that it may take some time for the serial code to be reflected. If it doesn't appear in-game immediately, please wait for a while and check again later.
■ If entering the serial code did not work
Do not include hyphens when entering the serial code.
The characters that can be used in the code are listed below. Please make sure you have entered the code correctly.
- Half-width uppercase letters (A-Z)
Note: The five letters I, O, Q, S, and Z are not used in codes.
- Half-width numbers (0-9)
Additionally, even if the serial code has been entered correctly, you will not be able to claim the gifts if any of the following conditions apply.
- Your save data has reached the maximum usage for that serial code.
- The total number of uses for that serial code has been reached.
- The code is either not yet valid, or it has already expired.
