There are situations in which payments cannot be processed at the time of your plan’s automatic renewal, such as when you don’t have the required funds, or when your credit card’s expiration date has passed. At such times, you may receive a cancellation message.
If you wish to keep your Premium Pass, please confirm your payment method and go through the purchasing process again.
If you’re using an Android device, your subscription will continue if you make your purchase within approximately 14 days of the cancellation. If you’re using an iOS device, your subscription will continue if you make your purchase within approximately 16 days of the cancellation.
