Try restarting Pokémon Sleep or restarting your device.
Note: When restarting, please make sure to do so in an area that has a stable internet connection.
If the above doesn’t help, please try the following.
• Reattempt past transactions
1. Open Pokémon Sleep.
2. Select Shops from the home screen.
3. Select General Store.
4. Tap Reattempt Past Transactions.
• Check your mobile app store to see if your purchase is complete
If you choose the Reattempt Past Transactions option and your purchases are still not reflected, it’s possible that they did not go through correctly.
Please check your purchase history in the App Store or Google Play.
If your purchases did go through but were still not reflected when you chose the Reattempt Past Transactions option, please let us know through the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.
If your purchases did not go through, it’s possible that there is a problem with your internet connection or payment method. Please find a more stable internet connection, or contact the App Store or Google Play.
